Founder & MD
Alexandra is the founder & Managing Director of Poise Publishing Ltd. She is a graduate of York University in Toronto/Canada, where she completed her degree in International Development. She then went on to London/England, where she wrote for BRIC Magazine, and then moved on to the events industry, where she organized countless events throughout Europe, and worked with speakers such as Tony Robbins, Jack Canfield, Tony Buzan, Brian Tracy, and numerous others. Alexandra is the publisher of successful titles such as 'Notorious' by Raphael Rowe, 'Wake me When you Leave' by Eliza Donovan, 'The Monkey Puzzle-Tree' by Stephen Gillen or '8 1/2 Stone' By Liz Jones.

I completed my BA in Visual Communication which covered fine arts, photography and film- making. But I always had a love for books which led me to pursue my Master of Arts in Publishing from Kingston University/ London. I previously worked as an Editorial and Project Manager for a London-based publisher for 4 years. That role helped me cover all aspects of the industry, giving me expertise in several sectors of publishing. My role is to help you bring your book to life and I am passionate about the power of stories and how they can help make an impact.
